Do I have to buy a package?+
No. We quote the implementation your business needs. A receptionist, website, app, dashboard or automation can be a focused project or one part of a wider system. The three options describe ways of working together, not mandatory bundles.
What will the quote include?+
The agreed problem and outcome, deliverables, integrations, testing, responsibilities, timeline and fixed implementation price for that scope. Provider subscriptions and expected usage are listed separately from any hosting, support or ongoing improvement work.
Can you work with our existing website and software?+
Yes, where the provider supports the changes or connections needed. We assess access, APIs, custom-code options and data before promising an integration. Where a connection is not suitable, we explain the alternative and any human step.
What can I change in a dashboard?+
We agree the controls your staff or customers need and build them into the scope. That might include business information, lead actions, content, approvals or reports. You get controls that fit the way your team works.
Are AI subscriptions and usage included?+
We show them separately in the proposal. Accounts, required seats, usage allowances and who pays each provider are agreed before setup. Training can be part of the implementation; it does not mean a shared login or unlimited usage.
Can I start with one workflow?+
Yes. We can scope one process with a defined trigger, outcome, supported tools and acceptance tests. Examples include routing enquiries, following up quotes, onboarding members or producing an agreed report.
What is included in a website or app build?+
Only the pages, features, integrations, migration and release work agreed in your proposal. We can draw on existing components, but the scope is tailored to your business. App-store approval remains controlled by the stores.
Do I have to pay for an audit first?+
No. The free 20-minute discovery chat and initial high-level outline can lead directly to a proposal. Detailed investigation or planning is separate paid work where needed, with its scope, fee and deposit agreed before it starts.
When do I pay?+
After the free discovery chat, your written proposal sets out the price, deposit and payment milestones. We start the agreed paid investigation or implementation once you accept the proposal and pay the deposit. There is no charge simply for enquiring.
Is there a compulsory monthly contract?+
No standard monthly package is required. You can run the system after training and handover, or choose ongoing management. Underlying tools and hosting may still have running costs. Any support term, notice period and service commitment is written into your proposal.
Can the AI make bookings or transfer calls?+
Only where the relevant connection has been assessed and tested. Otherwise it captures a request for a person to confirm. It can transfer to your nominated contact where configured, or take a callback request when nobody can answer.
Can you guarantee savings or replace an employee?+
No. We can estimate the value of a process using your actual volumes and costs, then agree what to measure. Time freed is additional capacity; it becomes a cash saving only when real expenditure is avoided or reduced.
What happens after launch?+
You receive practical training, documentation and the agreed handover, with useful workflows or prompts where relevant. If you choose ongoing care, the proposal specifies monitoring, support hours, incident response, review frequency and the work included. Additional changes are scoped before work starts.
Is VAT added?+
ImpactLayer is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to its quoted fees. Third-party providers show their own charges and taxes.
What happens to an existing agreement?+
Existing clients keep the scope, pricing and terms already agreed with them. Any change is discussed and agreed separately.
